Early (before 8 AM) and late (after 7 PM) departures add +$1/mile. Peak-demand windows (6:30–9:30 AM, 3:30–7 PM) may add +$1–$2/mile. Tolls, parking, and extended waits billed separately.

Confirmation & Payment

  • All service is by advance reservation only
  • Airport transfers require half fare to confirm
  • Same-day airport (within 3 hours) requires full prepayment
  • Hourly service requires a $100 non-refundable deposit
  • Reservations are not secured until payment is received
  • Deposits apply to the final balance unless forfeited under cancellation terms

  • Extended wait time, extra stops, and route deviations
  • Tolls, parking, and holiday service
  • Special accommodations or extraordinary requests
